You approve the work. We complete the agreed repair, check the device and contact you about collection.
More damage? We speak to you first. If we find additional work is needed, we explain it and agree a revised cost before carrying out extra chargeable repairs.

Can you give me a price before I visit?
Tell us the model and symptoms first. We can discuss the likely next step, but some faults need a diagnostic assessment before we can confirm the repair and price.
What if I decide not to go ahead?
A diagnostic fee applies if you decline the repair after diagnosis. We agree that fee with you before starting the assessment.
Do I have to be a student?
No. Students, staff and the wider Leeds public are welcome. We are inside Leeds University Union, and you do not need to be a student to visit.
How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the fault and any parts needed. We will discuss the expected timescale with you when we know what the repair involves.
